The South of FranceThis photo is of an area in the South of France, called the Causse. This photo was taken in the Lot department, and shows the rolling virgin oak forest which stretches for 50 miles to the South and even further West.
Bavarian CastlesThese two photos show two of the castles of Mad King Ludwig of Bavaria - Hoehenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. Neuschwanstein castle was built as a monument to the works of the composer Wagner, who was a friend of King Ludwig.
